This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. 1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, home address or service area, utility provider, homeownership status, and any details you share in a form, on a call, or by text when you ask about solar.
- Call and text data. When you call us or text us (or we contact you with your consent), we collect call and message records, the content of texts, call recordings where permitted by law, timestamps, and outcome notes. Arizona is a one-party-consent state for call recording. Where required by another state's law, we disclose recording at the start of the call.
- Consent records. When you submit a form agreeing to be contacted, we record the consent language shown to you, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser information, as evidence of your consent.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our customer-relationship management (CRM) system, our phone/SMS and AI-voice platform, scheduling tools, and analytics providers, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing services to us;
- Financing or solar-installation partners, only with your knowledge, to help deliver the services you request;
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
Some sharing for advertising or analytics may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws even when no money changes hands. See Section 7 (Your rights) and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information section.
4. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and compliance obligations. Consent records, call recordings, and do-not-call records are retained for at least five (5) years to comply with telemarketing recordkeeping and potential dispute-resolution needs. We then delete or de-identify the information, subject to legal holds.
5. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your right to opt out and our Do-Not-Call policy
Text messages. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. We will suppress your number from further messaging promptly and confirm your opt-out.
Phone calls. You may ask us to stop calling you at any time, on any call or in writing. Tell the representative "put me on your do-not-call list," or email [PLACEHOLDER: BUSINESS EMAIL] with your phone number and the words "Do Not Call."
Internal Do-Not-Call list. We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list. When you opt out of calls or texts, we add your number to that list and do not contact you for marketing again, except as you later request. We honor opt-out requests within a short, commercially reasonable window and keep a record of your request for at least five (5) years.
National Do-Not-Call Registry. We scrub our outbound calling against the National Do-Not-Call Registry and applicable state do-not-call lists before contacting you. You can register your number for free at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222.

Phoenix Rise Energy SMS messaging program
Program description. When you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted (or when you agree on a phone call with one of our representatives), Phoenix Rise Energy may send you text messages related to residential solar, for example, to confirm or follow up on a free solar savings review, answer questions, share a personalized savings estimate, or follow up after a call. These are conversational, customer-care and marketing messages, not bulk blasts.
Message types. Appointment confirmations and reminders; follow-ups to calls or form submissions; savings-estimate notifications; and replies to your questions.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Phoenix Rise Energy does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (you may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT). After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
