This page explains how to read the savings numbers, rate figures, and other estimates you see on the website of Brimio LLC, doing business as Phoenix Rise Energy ("Phoenix Rise Energy," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Our savings figures are estimates, not guarantees
Any savings amounts, payback periods, system sizes, panel counts, prices, and similar numbers on this site are estimates for general guidance only. They are not a guarantee of savings and not a binding quote. We cannot promise you will save a specific amount.
2. What our estimates are based on
Our estimates are built from a set of assumptions, and they are only as good as those assumptions. They are based on things like:
- a view of your roof from satellite and mapping data;
- typical or assumed energy usage, or the figures read from a bill you choose to share;
- current and announced utility rates; and
- general assumptions about equipment, sun exposure, and installation.
We show the main assumptions alongside the numbers so you can see what they rest on.
3. Individual results vary
Every home is different. Your actual results depend on your specific roof, your energy usage, your utility and rate plan, future rate changes, the equipment and system size you choose, your financing, the incentives and tax credits you qualify for, and other factors. Many of these change over time and are outside our control. Because of this, your results may be higher or lower than any estimate shown here.
4. This is not financial, tax, or legal advice
Nothing on this site is financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Solar tax credits and incentives depend on your own situation and on current law. Please talk to a qualified tax professional or advisor about your specific circumstances before you make a decision.
5. Your exact number comes from a consultation
The only way to get your real numbers is a consultation, where a Phoenix Rise Energy advisor reviews your specific home, your roof, and your actual bill. The figures on this site are a starting point to help you decide whether a closer look is worth your time. They are not a final price or a promise.
6. Third-party data is provided as is
Some of our estimates use mapping and solar-potential data from third parties such as Google. That data is provided as is, and we are not responsible for its accuracy. The estimates we build from it carry the same limits as the underlying data.
7. About the rate-increase information
When we mention utility rate increases, those references are based on public utility filings, board actions, and announcements that were available as of the date shown on the page. Some increases may be requested but not yet approved, and others may already be in effect. Rates and rate cases change over time, and the final outcome may differ from what was announced. Please check with your utility for the most current information about your rates.
